Automation of paste preparation

The first step in automation of your paste preparation is our TPS (Thickening Preparation System) equipment. Instead of putting all components in the recipe in a drum and mix it, the water, thickener and other chemicals are pre-dispensed in order to prepare a thickening in bulk. From the bulk, the desired amount of thickening can be taken and then the colours just have to be added. If you prepare your colours manually, the TMS omikron can be used. TMS omikron guides the operator through the manual dispensing process. Although dispensing still is manual, it gives all the advantages of the TMS software.

The second step in automation is the automation of dispensing of thickening and colours. We offer you a complete range of automatic dispensing systems, called IPS.
