Rotary screen printing (graphics)

In the graphics arts industry, rotary screen printing is most commonly used for labels.

With this printing technique, extra fine details or tactile features can be achieved.  It is compatible with UV-curable, water-based or solvent-based inks. Compared to flexo and gravure inks, screen inks have high viscosity. However, most of our dispensing equipment can handle screen inks. Our new Colorsat^® Match dispensing system gives users of less than 10 kg per job – mainly the label market – a cost effective solution that provides a fast return on investment.
