Of u nu verf en coatings maakt of op zoek bent naar apparatuur die de distributie van uw producten vergemakkelijkt, wij bieden een breed assortiment gravimetrische doseeroplossingen. Al onze dispensers voor verf en coatings zijn uitgerust met duurzame slangen, appendages en pompen, evenals roestvrijstalen doseerkleppen met zeer goede afdichtingen. Onze systemen voor producten op basis van solventen zijn geschikt voor ethylacetaat, ethanol en iso-propanol; ze kunnen ook worden geconfigureerd voor MEK en tolueen. Alle GSE doseersystemen op basis van oplosmiddelen zijn explosieveilig uitgevoerd en voldoen aan CE en ATEX.
De Colorsat Mixpoint is een systeem met hoge capaciteit voor de productie van op water gebaseerde, oplosmiddel gebaseerde of UV-uithardende verf en coatings. Het systeem kan tot 64 verschillende componenten in batches tot 1.000 kg doseren. De hoge versie van de Colorsat Compact is een kleiner productiesysteem, met 34 basiscomponenten en een batchcapaciteit tot 250 kg.
Onze compacte Colorsat Match of Switch systemen produceren verfbatches tot 10 kg uit maximaal 20 basiscomponenten. Hiermee krijgt u een kosteneffectieve oplossing voor distributiedoeleinden, vooral wanneer de kleurconsistentie van cruciaal belang is. De grotere Colorsat Compact heeft tot 34 basiscomponenten met een batchcapaciteit van 25 kg.
