GSE biedt een brede selectie kwaliteitsmengers voor het homogeen maken van inkt of pasta na het doseren, evenals roerwerken om basiscomponenten homogeen te houden.
Het Colormix-assortiment van handmatige, semi-automatische en automatische pneumatische mengers is geschikt voor het homogeniseren van gedoseerde inkten in emmers. De mengers zijn uitgerust met een rollenbaan en kunnen worden geïntegreerd met een optioneel manueel (Colorsat Slim of Compact) of automatisch (Colorsat Compact) systeem voor transport van emmers. Mengbladen en -as worden automatisch gereinigd na de mengcyclus. De eenvoudige handmenger is onze meest economische oplossing.
We leveren ook stand-alone apparatuur voor het homogeniseren van gedoseerde inkten in vaten of IBC’s.
Basiscomponenten die op het doseersysteem zijn aangesloten, kunnen homogeen worden gehouden met roerwerken voor emmers, vaten of IBC’s.
Voor het mengen van textieldrukpasta na het doseren, leveren we de textielpasta-menger. Deze menger is een integraal onderdeel van het IPS delta-doseersysteem en kan worden geïntegreerd met een handmatige of automatische rollerbaan.
