Qualitätsmischer und -rührwerke
GSE bietet eine große Auswahl an Qualitätsmischern zur Homogenisierung von Farben und Pasten nach der Dosierung sowie Rührwerke, um die Grundkomponenten homogen zu halten.
Das Colormix-Sortiment der manuellen, halbautomatischen und automatischen Mischer sind zur Homogenisierung von dosierten Farben in Eimern geeignet. Die Mischer sind mit einem Rollenförderband ausgestattet und können optional mit einem manuellen (Colorsat Slim oder Compact) oder automatischen (Colorsat Compact) System zum Eimertransport integriert werden. Mischkopf und Welle werden nach dem Mischzyklus automatisch gereinigt. Der einfache Handmischer ist unsere wirtschaftlichste Lösung.
Wir liefern auch freistehende Geräte zur Homogenisierung von dosierten Farben in Fässern oder IBCs.
An das Dosiersystem angeschlossene Grundkomponenten können mit Rührwerken für Eimer, Fässer oder IBCs homogen gehalten werden.
Zum Mischen von Textildruckpaste nach dem Dosieren liefern wir den Textilpastenmischer. Dieser Mischer ist ein integraler Bestandteil des IPS delta-Dosiersystems und kann in ein manuelles oder automatisches Fördersystem integriert werden.
