Manuelles Mischen mit einem Colorsat Dosiersystem
Der pneumatische manuelle Colormix-Mischer eignet sich zum Homogenisieren von in Eimer dosierten Farben. Der Mischer wird am Ende der Ausgangsseite der Rollenbahns der Colorsat Compact oder der Slim Dosieranlage positioniert.
Die Misch- und Reinigungsvorgänge werden manuell bedient. Alle Auf- und Abwärtsbewegungen von Mischkopf und Welle erfolgen automatisch (mit einem Pneumatikzylinder). Nach dem manuellen Positionieren des Eimers mit dosierter Farbe unter dem Rührwerk kann der Mischvorgang mithilfe der pneumatischen Schalter gestartet und gestoppt werden.
Der Mischer kann manuell über einen Eimer mit Reinigungsmittel oder Wasser geschwenkt werden. Mithilfe der manuell betätigten pneumatischen Schalter kann der Mischkopf in den Eimer abgesenkt und der Reinigungsvorgang gestartet und gestoppt werden.

Die maximale Viskosität der dosierten Farben beträgt 560 mPas (oder 120 Sekunden DIN-Auslaufbecher 4)
Einstellbare Drehgeschwindigkeit
Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist der Eimer während des Misch- und Reinigungsvorgangs durch einen Deckel verschlossen. Diese Abdeckung verhindert auch, dass sich eventuelle Spritzer außerhalb des Eimers verteilen.
