Elektrische Rührwerke für hochviskose Druckfarben
Unsere elektrischen Rührwerke für wasserbasierte Druckfarben, sind kompatibel mit Viskositäten von bis zu 5.000 mPas. Diese Rührwerke verfügen über zusammenklappbare Mischbecher und werden von einem leistungsstarken elektrischen Motor angetrieben.
Pneumatische Rührwerke für alle Arten von Druckfarben
Unsere pneumatischen Rührwerke sind für alle Druckarben bis zu einer Viskosität von 2.500 mPas geeignet, wobei die Modelle für lösungsmittelbasierte Farben den Standards für explosionsgeschützte Geräte entsprechen.
Die Rührwerke sind mit einem leistungsstarken Luftmotor und einem Untersetzungsgetriebe ausgestattet, was eine stabile Kraft auf die Mischwelle gewährleistet. Dies verhindert, dass sich das Rührwerk schneller dreht, wenn der Farbenbehälter leer wird.
Die Mischklingen haben eine große Schlagfläche, was die benötigte Leistung des Luftmotors begrenzt. Eine gute Homogenität wird auch bei niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten beibehalten. Insgesamt ist nur wenig Luftzufuhr vom Kompressor erforderlich, was ebenfalls zur Erreichung Ihrer Nachhaltigkeitsziele beiträgt.
Die Ausrüstung wird mit pneumatischen Steuerungen für jedes einzelne Rührwerk geliefert. Dies ermöglicht die Konfiguration von Mischzyklen innerhalb der GSE Ink manager-Software, unabhängig von den Zirkulationzyklen des Dosiersystems.
