A GSE oferece uma ampla seleção de misturadores de qualidade para homogeneização de tinta ou pasta após a dosagem da fórmula, bem como agitadores para manter os componentes básicos homogêneos.
A linha Colormix de misturadores pneumáticos manuais, semiautomáticos e automáticos são adequados para homogeneização de tintas dosadas em baldes. Os misturadores são equipados com esteira rolante e podem ser integrados a um sistema opcional manual (Colorsat Slim ou Compact) ou automático (Colorsat Compact) para o transporte de recipientes. As lâminas e o eixo do misturador são limpos automaticamente após o ciclo de mistura. O misturador manual é a nossa solução mais econômica.
Também fornecemos equipamentos autônomos para homogeneização de tintas dosadas em tambores ou IBC’s.
Os componentes básicos conectados ao sistema de dosagem de tintas podem ser mantidos homogêneos com agitadores para baldes, tambores ou IBC’s.
Para misturar a pasta de estamparia têxtil após a dosagem das tintas, fornecemos o misturador de pasta têxtil. Este misturador é parte integrante do sistema de dosagem de tinta IPS delta e pode ser integrado a um sistema de transporte manual ou automático.
