We have a full support and service program to keep your equipment performing optimally by remote support, software updates and regular planned servicing. This greatly reduces downtime while increasing your productivity.

Whatever your activity and dispensing needs, our service contracts give you:

  • increased reliability and shorter downtimes, while extending the lifetime of your equipment
  • optimal use of your dispensing system
  • better insights and saving on your maintenance costs

We can offer you two types of contract: support and service contract and remote support contract.

Support and service contract

The support and service contract consists of a basic module and two optional modules.

Basic module:

  • One planned service visit a year
  • Telephone support
  • Free license updates of GSE software
  • 10% discount on all GSE spare parts and services
  • Priority access to the services covered by the contract

Optional module A:

  • Extra yearly service visit

Optional module B:

  • Supplementary service visit (preventive or corrective) for a fixed price (with a minimum of 8 weeks between request and visit)
Remote support contract

The remote support contract consists of

  • Telephone support
  • Free licence updates of GSE software
  • 10% discount on all GSE spare parts and services
  • Priority access to the services covered by the contract
